While I admit I was skeptical at first, I decided to respond. I thought that in order to lower my monthly payment that you would either charge outrageous fees or extend the loan to its original term, or both. Much to my surprise (and relief) your company did neither. In fact, your company saved me over $5,000.00 in interest fees and made the transition from my old lien holder to the new one completely hassle-free. Unlike most other financial institutions, you even handled all of the Department of Motor Vehicle paperwork for me.

I am writing to tell you about the positive experience I had in dealing with Auto Refinance Source. Recently I refinanced our truck. I am writing this letter to thank you for the assistance your company provided refinancing the purchase of my new truck. I was really disappointed with the Dealer when it came time to finance my vehicle. They guaranteed me a good interest rate during the negotiation phase of our deal. However, when it came time to finalize the purchase the best the Dealer would provide was an approximately 10% interest rate.
I have to admit that I was at first apprehensive about the notice I received in the mail about your company, but I figured that it would not hurt to at least look into the deal your firm had to offer. I am glad that I did. The application process was simple and took only a small amount of my time. Upon completion of the process your firm lowered my interest rate, lowered the number of payments I will be required to make, and provided a better extended warranty.
